Could you tell us briefly about your family background?
I belong to Bihar.My father is a retired State govt employee.Mother is house wife.I am married person.My wife is a home maker and having a 2 years old naughty kid "Harsh".
Degrees that Matter
Practical knowledge is the best way in this field.A person who has trained in QA/Testing is not enough tp perform well.They need to explore more practically and need more technical/programming skills.Scripting and knowledge in some automation tools will help to grow fastly.
A Fine Balance:
Keep family & work in two separate plates.If very necessery then only can move some items(work/Time) to one another.

The Journey So Far
I have completed my BE from Sathyabama University in May 2007 and got selected in campus by Quintegra Solutions.I have joined here in July 2007 and worked in various domain and acquired testing skills.Till Sep 2010 I was here then Joined Cognizant and started sharpen my skills with new challanges.

Yes. A tester must have to learn new tools/script.It will improve career graph.
