Ownership of
customer (internal & external) complaint & resolution process for
the teams.
Constantly evaluating current work processes and
suggests options to improve it.
Coordinating with the operation
team regarding CSAT and Quality reports.
Preparing weekly and
monthly CSAT and Quality reports for the clients.
Coordinating
with the managers and AVP’s for the target achievements.
Responsibilities include ensuring 100% accuracy and total data
quality both at personal level and for the team.
