the process gap is solved with the project report Conduct
pre-post audit duties Identify training needs for Ops & Quality

dive analysis. Deploy Sampling Strategy Analyze and document
the research made on the data. Process quality check
audits Research on the Csat Score for the entire Mumbai, Pune &
Gurgaon team. Making reports and sending it to the operations.
Ensure customers are serviced in a professional
manner. Maintain high level of data quality at all times Act as
a mediator between the operations and the clients. Ownership of
customer (internal & external) complaint & resolution process for
the teams. Constantly evaluating current work processes and
suggests options to improve it. Coordinating with the operation
team regarding CSAT and Quality reports. Preparing weekly and
monthly CSAT and Quality reports for the clients. Coordinating
with the managers and AVP’s for the target achievements.
Responsibilities include ensuring 100% accuracy and total data
quality both at personal level and for the team. Strive & help
subordinates to achieve personal & team goals
