I have tested and developed a equipment for On board drunken driving detection which was presented and recognized in a National Conference. I have presented in a couple of International Conferences as well.

Advice For New Professionals:

The only thing that is required is to get trained well on your basics. It will help you a long way and you can use it to improve further on core areas of interest depending on your job profile.

Career Profile:

I am spearheading the operations management in a Special purpose Machinery Manufacturing Unit. I am responsible for the projects execution from procurement phase until installation and commissioning.

Done Differently:

I would have taken up a degree in Arts and science rather than engineering. I would like to appear for the Civil services exam and prove my ability in that field.

Other Thoughts:

I am on the lookout for training and material in basics of core engineering subjects applicable to the industry.

Growth Strategy:

I am on the lookout for avenues where I can equip myself in the technical forefront as well in a managerial role. I use the internet to train myself on technical subjects as well seek professional help in case of special applications.
