Future prospect

As such there is no such certification to be awarded to the people working in corporate sector under marketing except that some Institution awards a marketing personnel of the year. Every marketing personnel must always keep in mind that he has to serve its customer upto his entire satisfaction.
Role in an organization
Being chief executive I have responsibility to oversee the successful running of the organization since year by year it has to prosper in terms of increase in the annual turnover. I have to do advance planning with respect to growth of the co. and see to it that it is implemented to achieve goal.

Since the adoption of the policy of liberalization & globalization by Indian Government business now-a-days there is immence competition which has to be tackled in professional manner and off course marketing of any organization is the back bone for prosperity and should be given due importance.

They must acquire the basic minimum academic qualification embedded with management professional training to be upgraded from time to time to keep the race of upcoming trends in this highly competitive market. Sincere in their job.Think and act in innovative manner and not traditionally.
Competitiveness
Marketing is the most creative job where every time one has to adopt the latest tools and techniques to out beat the competition existing world over these days. Marketing is not like manufacturing where routine type of working is involved with modification to be adopted as per the customer feedback.
What can be achieved
Marketing is one of the four key functions viz., Finance, Production, Personnel in all business organizations. Keeping in view the corporate policy and practices adopted by any organization marketing personnel has to act in professional manner to achieve the target within the allocated resources.
Importance of STP
Viewing the competitiveness of a particular product in terms of its pricing and saleability in the market, segmentation is most important with respect to targetting the customers whether it persists in rural, urban or industrial. Studying these aspects a particular product has to be positioned.
Importance of Marketing
The role of a marketing personnel is most important in any business organization as he is the key personnel to bring the business for the company. he has to give feedback of the market with respect to the requirements of the customer/ consumer so that expenses are kept to minimum to augment changes
