Brief description
I work for BOSCH ltd. (Earlier MICO ltd).

Challenges in job
Flexibility, trouble shooting, quality of work  is the main challenging. With new technology and innovation , upgrading my knowledge in the field of hardware is helping for my future. Also customers satisfaction (internal and external).

Job made easy
Basically I am strong in reading electrical  drawings and interpreting the same along with mechanical background , which I acquired from Bosch apprenticeship in 3 years.  This is helping me in hardware issues.

Upcoming trends
Reducing the downtime and planning of my activity.

My point of view
Presently every engineer wants white collar job, who wants only to do good presentation and forgets about the low profile job like holding the hand tools and measuring tools. These engineers are lot dependent on others who has more knowledge in hardware and also have experience in hardware trouble shoot. They should put there hands in hardware aswell software to have more
technical talent.

My goals
Lead my team with lot of innovations and improvements in  simplifying my activity, so that less stress to individual.

family background
As I joined first semester of Bachelors degree, I got married during exam day, which I missed Maths exam. I am married to a girl who did her Bsc in Microbiology. But didn't work. She is fully house wife taking care of my 2 beautiful kids, my daughter is of 9 years who is studying  3rd standard and my son who is 6 years studying 1 st  standard. We are in  joint family, my father is retired Engineer from ITI (Indian telephone Industries ) and my sweet mother is a house wife who took care of 3 sons. My elder brother is in US working for VISA company and married with 2 kids. My younger brother is an artist who as done master degree in Munich university. But not married.

Advice to professionals
They have to be open minded and should be ready to do whatever their task is assigned. They should not put boundry to themselves. When they are given a task, they should be good and strong at basics, so they apply their skills effectively in future.  They should be honest, disciplined, share knowledge
and good at presentation skills, also they should avoid wasting of precious time in gossiping. Avoid rumors.

Advice to students
Learn Basics strong, as this will help in future at your work place. This will surely help in showing your competency. Knowing only the conclusion is only makes to white color job person. If you are strong enough in basics, no one can bluff you in that field. Learn everything which is in the syllabus, and not study only for exams.  Indian education system is not like US or Europe. If you see there education system, they teach everything, like, if you are a an Electronics engineer, you should know basics of Mechanical too
and vis versa.. Also they have mandatory to be in Military, as to learn the systematic approach and standard.
