Soumik hails from a very middle class family of 4 ,father retired as a govt employee & mother as a home maker.An elder sister married & settled.

The Journey So Far

So far its being a roller coaster ride full with lots of new challenging roles.Started up with R&D in Electronic system development ,followed with new role of establishing up of a regional security systems division team & then next role up to handling product management for a top leading german MNC.

Points of inflection

New role & challenging assignment sometimes can be named as inflection but again same leads to career molding & helps in greater exposure to industry & for which soumik have been fortunate to be known by many in the business group he is serving.

Current and Previous Responsibilities

product management is the current role which deals in with customer,consultant,integrator & distributor handling & positioning of a leading brand & sell. The previous role was in system integration & technical support management which is completely different in the work profile.

Changes in the industry

QA/Testing is been effective today & have taken change path obviously.Today bug fix & development recheck has been simplified using different process methodology & thats good!
