Personal growth

The motivating factor for me is my personal growth. Like for my personal growth its very important that I will achieve all the goals and fulfill all my responsibilities. So its my personal growth which motivates me a lot.

Family Background

I have a well educated family. My father who is a retired govt teacher, got a gold medal from the then president Giani Zail Singh. My mother has done Masters in Arts. Me and my wife both have done Masters in Computer applications. My wife is a govt teacher & I am working as Manager Online Marketing.

Contribution to the field

I am very happy with my present company. I am working with this company from last 4 years. Its an employee friendly company. The CEO of this company is also very nice and supportive. I really enjoyed working here.

I have done masters in computer applications(MCA)from Apeejay Institute of management in 2006. After completing my education,, I joined this corporate world and from last 6 years I am in this field. I am a married person having a beautiful wife and a very cure kid(son of 2 years).

4ps of marketing are product, promotion, price & place. The business has to produce a product that people want to buy. Customers have to be made aware of the product. Price must be high enough to cover costs & make a profit but low enough to attract customers. The business must be at a nice place.

First of all I find the right audience for our products. Then I pitch my targeted audience for my product. I make them sure that my product will fulfill all your needs for which they are purchasing it and is the best one available in the market.

I will mention experience is more important than certification in marketing world. As this world is changing with every passing day, so only certification wont pay you anything. Still yo can go for Google adwords certification etc for your carrier.

Never Say Die is my motto for any work. I always make sure that no one will loose hope in my team. So if my team at any point loose hope, I take that task in my hand and get that done in the available time limits .
