Transition from college to the real life
The transition from collegiate life to working professional is not that easy. The challenge started with job hunting & facing interviews. I practiced a lot to improve my presentation and communication skills so that I get placed myself in a handsome salary job. Once I got into the job I learned how to become a Team player, understand the importance of dealing with all types of people and personalities, balancing work demands with family and personal life, and personal finance and budget issues. So be prepared to face these challenges and make necessary adjustments in lifestyle and personal habits.

I developed a high performance team culture which results in on-time delivery & boosted after sales services. The net effect was that we smashed the previous year sales record by an impressive 15% and profits rose in line with this. This directly resulted in my promotion to the management as a Team Leader & that’s my greatest achievement so far in my career.
