Our Chairman Mr. Arun Nayar has been the driving force since acquisition. Most critical decision
We knew since inception that Mobile technology would move and change very fast. Thus we had taken a decision of investing in getting ourselves trained and further train our employees on regular basis so to remain ahead in the competition.
Doing Things Differently
Services keeps our company going. However I would spend some time and resources on designing and developing a product.
However currently we do have plans to develop a product.
Motivating Employees
We try and maintain a free culture at work, which helps our employees to stay positive and think more about work than workplace. We strongly believe that our employees are our strength.
Making Right Decisions
I think that you make bigger mistakes by not analyzing your smaller mistakes. Thus I make a point to analyse what went wrong and understand the gap. I am a firm believer that there is no wrong or right decisions. You need to take a decision and work towards it to make it successful.
Advice to entrepreneurs
I am still learning and have been fortunate enough to gain knowledge from  Entrepreneurs who have build companies.
My suggestion would be that "Do Not" get disheartened by small failures, you need to move on for the Bigger success!
