Tech Management matters more on
Technical Managers are responsible for delivering the right product & right service with best of the quality. However, its very important for the technical manager to understand the customers expectation & the commercial necessity of the organisation. The former is easily achieved in general but the latter is always very difficult to balance with the Management's requirements. Thus to optimize the best quality service / product that can stand up to customers expectation within the target budget set by the management will be the most effective & productive function for the Technical manager. Technical Manager gives a final shape to the customer satisfaction for future market

- Evaluate & implement the efficient & productive means of day to day activities
- Ensure the organisation is financially healthy by delivering efficient & quality customer service enabling the company to have good returns on its investments
