Could you tell us briefly about your family background?

we are family with my parents, two brothers, my wife and sister-in-law. All the brothers work in IT Industry.My father getting retired this may 2012.Wife is home maker.

Tech trends to watch out for

Am basically in telecom technology. There are lot of changes happenings in wireless in terms of data rate at high speed and voice quality. New evolutions are happening very fast.

Most Important Decisions

Changing my first company where i learnt a lot about telecom technology. I worked in wireless domain. I got my profile changed from hardware to software by joining wipro technologies.

Parting thoughts

In carrier point of view three things needs to be in the mind before taking any decision.

1.Hows your company doing in terms of financial growth and in getting projects?
2.Whether am learning new technologies related to profile?
3.Am growing financially as per company standards?
