Working in the shifts, I joined full time Engineering college in 2005 to complete my graduation. I completed my B.E in Industrial and Production engineering in 2009. Challenges in job
The most challenging is risk taking, working or execution of job within time frame and in house development of projects to ensure operational availability of plant.  Planning, risk taking ability and optimum use of available resources are most important for a leader to  drive the plant in the direction of prosperity and so will be our future.

Job made easy
Proper planning, trouble shooting of problem and workout to avoid the problem at the initial stage to avoid unpredictable breakdowns.
Upcoming trends
Dip in demand for steel in world market and crises of quality raw material (Iron ore and coke) in India.

My point of view
Support or investment in the field of R&D in any of the Indian industries is comparatively less and we operate our R&D centers to support our existing facilities but not to develop or innovate new tech products.

My goals
Professionally I would be looking forward to lead Blast Furnace Operation team and apart from that I have vision to set up quality education center for the Kids.
family background
I am the only son of my parents and My father is a retired mining officer. My spouse is software engineer and she likes technical challenges.

Advice to professionals
