Growth Strategy:
I have put and been putting my time and effort as a Life & Success Coach (Pro-Bono), Professional Speaker, Networker & Mentor to all seekers.
Plans For The Future:
I see myself as a successful Attitudinal Development and Management Trainer, Professional Speaker & Motivational Management author of my own books & publications which I am working on. As on date I am providing all my materials freely on my facebook wall.
Family Background
I am married in 1989 with a son of 17 yrs as on July 2013 and who aspires to join the Indian Administrative Services in India. He is currently pursuing Humanities program in Apeejay School, Park Street, Kolkata. My wife is a home maker in true sense and without her in all my positions in India and abroad, I could not have reached where I have reached today. I have my father who is today 85 years of age but still has the enthusiasm and strength of a 70 year old person. His extra-ordinary composure, patience and status of a sound health, even at this age gives me a great strength to balance all life's challenges which came my way. I am very thankful to my family for my success in life.

Planned and supervised growth of Cyberstar in IT Distribution Business aligning with Co vision, strategy and leveraging Co strengths. Played major role as facilitator to evaluate, select and sign up partnership
alliances with Software, Networking Hardware (OEM and Solutions) vendors as suppliers and appointed regional distributors in countries of operation (Sri Lanka, Maldives, Bangladesh, Singapore. Managed South East Asia business units independently adhering to the laws of the land, statutory, company and legal obligations and standards. Undertook sales and marketing recruitment, training of the new recruits and on-the-job development of the resources.Achieved year-on-year growth in Rev/GM, contained OPEX, Increased Net Profitability (3% to 5% in first year). Lead and motivated the sales team to consistently exceed expectations in both Revenue & Gross Margin. Maintained existing vendor relationships and added new vendors consistently.
The Journey So Far:
Begun my career as a Field Engineer and moved ahead subsequently as an IT Biz Management Head for IT Distribution Cos and IT Sales & Services Co's, setting up & heading Field Engg setups and for over last 10 years engaged in managing and leading IT sales & marketing teams involved in selling technology products & services in South East Asian region.







I moved to Srilanka in late 2002. After 8 years of working in Sri Lanka and served last 2 years in Singapore.My honorary roles in YMCA Toastmasters Club in Singapore as President in term 2012-13 and in Rotary E-Club 3310 of Singapore has provided me good opportunities to apply & sharpen my organizational & communication skills and my leadership skills in inspirational and motivational leadership roles and exposed me to acclaimed professionals in the national & international communi
Degrees That Matter:
I am MBA (Finance & Mktg) from ICFAI University and wish to look forward doing a Doctoral Program in Management Science and also do a Certification master for Neuro Linguistic Programing under ABNLP recommendations for being a Master NLP Trainer.

By ensuring daily self introspection and using the feedback mechanism to adopt necessary change in day routines.
Done Differently:
I reckon I will probably start writing my books earlier in my career and ensure I do as much in terms of organising my motivational & inspirational talks to contribute to Human Potential Development in all forms and means.

I have had three successive records for turn around in the net profit earnings of the co's for last three companies that I worked for. I have set breakthrough IT distribution product partnerships for all IT Distribution Cos I have worked for so far.

Prized Accomplishment(s):
I was elected President of the prestigious President's Distinguished 'YMCA Toastmasters Club' in Singapore (District 80 Club No 483) within about a year of me joining the club. I was nominated within Rotary E-Club 3310 Singapore as Treasurer and Deputy Director - International Relations for term 2012-13 within few months of my induction. I had the honor of being selected as the Chairperson for leading the 'Child Sexual Abuse Prevention (CSAP)' Initiative in Singapore, East Malaysia and Thailand during 2012-13.
Role Model:
My role model is Dale Carnegie. He was the pioneer in setting up programs towards human potential development. My life, skills and objective is fully aligned with every effort towards 'Human Potential Development' in the world (including India) to make people get above the human limitations by bringing a balance in their intellectual, attitudinal and spiritual development & growth and in an assured and doable manner with possible means.
