Situation where you played important role as a team player
In a situation where there was a huge expectation from the senior management to drive the business in a particular way, I took the initiative and brainstormed with the team to get their buy-ins, tasks were identified for all including me. We all delivered together as a team in time successfully.
Growth Initiatives
I read books, blogs, networking with people, try out tasks differently, participate in discussion forums, talk to young professionals to understand their views, participate in conferences, submit papers.
