Could you tell us briefly about your family background?

Well, When I joined silicon India ... I was single and was a fresher... but currently i married for 3 years.. have an 18 months old daughter. My husband works with Magma Fincorp as Asst Manager - Credit. I am residing in Jaipur these days.

Changes In The Professional Environment:

i worked in Noida and jaipur both I had to undergo with a change in work environment but professional environment was not much changed for me.Technological changres are remarkable.

Job Profile:

Currently I am not associated with any organisation but I am working on freelance basis. I take up training projects in Management and Engineering colleges for students and train them for interview and upcoming job.

Degrees That Matter:

I have done PGDBA(2005-07) in HR and Marketing and a PG Diploma in training & Devlopment from ISTD delhi.

Working Life Management:

Balancing work life when you work freelance is comparatively easy. I decide my working hours myself.whenever I take up any project I keep my mind that my daughter does get neglected for work related issues. she needs my time and I provide it to her.
