I have a joint family and my father and his 4 brothers, we all are residing at one bunglow and we do still have joint business

As being located in the Central India, which is an added advantage and also being in direct contact with the producer of the agro commodity, the procurement cost is less and our buyer can compete in such a vigilant and speculative market.
Being vigilant and above all, highly experienced, we provide our customers our advice of when to buy and sell and timely reports of arrivals and daily prices, which benefits our customers to plan their purchases at proper time and economize their input costs, which now a days is the utmost critical factor

Involvement in the Industry
I had got a challenged very early in my carrier and I love to accept challenges in my life. In 1984, I was around 19 yrs and our family had the distribution agency for SINTEX water tanks, which was very new at that time. In two years time I had distributed thousands of water tanks to the Government agencies and established the product in the market for which the company rewarded me with consequently two abroad tours for two years, Later I left that and then in 1999 I joined the family business of cotton and in that year I had done huge business and turnover then I was a known and established name in my business community. In 2007/08 as the president of our organisation I held a two day conference at Akola with collaboration of Agriculture department Govt. of Maharashtra in which the whole cabinet was there and on second day our chief guest was CM Late Shri Vilasraoji Deshmukh and Union Minister for textiles, Shri Shankersingh Vaghela and about 1500 delegates attended the meet
Career Profile:
My responsibilities currently is to keep updates of the market like - arrivals, prices, data's etc. Communication is the key of our business and I am in search of easy way of communications so that the time can be short and easy to communicate with both our buyers and sellers
Done Differently:
I would try to correct the mistakes I made till date, rectify it in a best possible manner and try to adopt new techniques and technologies which can be a safer module for my business

No this business requires practical experience, more then any degree. However, for administrative works you do need atleast Graduation
Working Life Management:
I try to manage as well as I can, but since I have to travel a lot, its sometimes gets difficult to maintain the balance...
The Decisions That Matter
Now, I am coming up with a very new, innovative and hi tech web based system to work online. I am working on this. I am very optimistiqe and it will be a turnaround for my business. Lets see how it works

As earlier answered, I have to find new way and techniques with new and user friendly technologies to smoothly carry on the business

I am involved in such a business that I have to deal with the corporates and multinationals. I have a very good and pleasant experience while dealing with them

Firstly they should be honest towards their work, keep up high morale and dedicate themselves in what they do, which will ultimately benefit them in way of good and handsome monetary gains and will also get good name and respect in their field
