Could you tell us briefly about your family background?
I am only son of my parents.My father is a teacher and my mother is a house wife.I have got three sisters and all of them have got married.

Advice For New Professionals:
The most important fact is to be competent in their own subject and specializations.If one can select his passion as profession,he will absolutely excel in the working environment.Before being attached with any segment of the job,one needs to undestand the required skills or KRA with own ability.
Prized Accomplishment(s):
The greatest accomplishment is conducting a workshop on employability skills development where i was not only an organiser but also a presenter on communication skills development and an orientation class of the participants.It was overwhelming response from my city.I can't forget this achievement.
Role Model:
My role model is Mr.Satyajit Mishra.He is not only a teacher but also a spectacular motivator.I like him because he not only teaches but also builds up the life of students.I am obliged to him for his contributions towards my life.I have been able to create my own identity due to his guidance.
Done Differently:
I would love to be involved with my strengths and will try to strengthen it.
The Decisions That Matter
The most important decision in my life is to prefer arts than science as i was strong in arts inspite of having resistence from my family.The second important decision is to pursue Mba and having HRM and MARKETING AS my specialisation during My MBA.
