My advice
My advice to upcoming management leaders that:

1. They should perform their task not only for their own shake, but also for their bottom line staffs and managers.
2. Continuously do R&D on every complicated procedures to simplify because no procedure is simplest one.
Important career decisions
Being getting First Class in M.Com. and after doing couple of years in the fields of accounts, I decided to switch over to materials which was a challenging job. I continued R&D in this field and finally established a better & smooth procedure and system in this field. My R&D is not stopped.
Awards and Recognitions
Established the Materials Management System, Prepared & implemented SOP (Standard Operating Procedures), recruited personnel, given training, made planning & providing infrastructures, storage plan, layouts, procedures, formats, implementation of software etc. at Atibir Industries Co. Ltd., Giridih, Jharkhand.

Implemented a Realtime-Online ERP System in Sree Metaliks Ltd., Barbil, Odisha and given training to staffs of various departments.

Codification of store items, assets, plant & machinery, finished goods, etc.

Implement ISO-9000 and ISO-14000 documentation related procedures at Sree Metaliks Ltd.

Established and implemented Guidelines and Procedures of using Direct and Indirect Raw Materials of two Steel Melting Shops of Sree Metaliks Ltd.
My views on India Technical development
No doubt we have so much of technical talent in our country, still we are significantly lacking in many ways. Some reasons are:

1. Fear on failure.
2. Lack of guidance from the achievers.
3. Lack of Sponsors. etc.
Family background
I have two daughters only. Elder daughter Shradha is in class 9th having a carrier of 90% marks. She is also good in singing & dancing. She got first in junior group solo song competition, first in group song competition and third in solo dance competition in BNS DAV School, Giridih. My younger daughter Sanskriti is in class one, also good in study, secured 99% in LKG, 99% in UKG, got first in solo dance competition from the same school. All the achievements credit goes to my wife Gitanjali who is first class throughout her carrier. I enjoy my family life a lot.
Current Job description
Role: Manager, Store & Warehouse at Atibir Industries Co. Ltd., Giridih, Jharkhand. Reporting to CEO, Operation. (30th October, 2010 to till date)

Planning, Internal Logistics & Inventory management, Inventory Control & Stock reduction.
Materials Management and Maintenance (Staff, Client, Supplier, Contractor etc.) including training, facilitating, mentoring, providing resources, monitoring & improving the effectiveness and productivity.
Responsible for smooth information flow and control of documents & materials for receipts, issues, adjustments, stores accounting, perpetual inventories, MIS, Inter Plant movement, Stock Transfer, reconciliation etc.
Coordinating other production and maintenance departments relating to their active work cells, studying BOM (Bill of Materials), making available material as per BOM, etc.
Auditing, consulting other location stores, Procurement and logistics departments, etc.
Managing personal and professional life
Connecting right dots is always not possible. On hitting wrong dot, I used to wait for a while, go deep into the matter, take opinion and suggestion of the expert in that field, take the help of internet, get a better solution and implement it. After that mistake, make the guideline & procedure not to repeat that mistake again. I used to follow this principle both in personal and professional carrier.
Excellence in Management
I could able to reduce inventory cost by 30%.

On implementation of my own developed software on store and purchase, again cost is saved on this account.

Non performance ratio reduced to a very negligible digit, i.e., 0.1 to 0.5

Labour turn over ratio is significantly reduced.

My parent's dedication, two of my brother's selfless cooperation, my wife's influence and encouragement, and two of my daughter's achievement influenced in my life.
Ensuring Growth
Foresee the new projects, doing homework about the project beforehand, then give opinion/suggestion which enable me to continue as a leader.

R&D on easiest process & system, be it manual, mechanical, electrical or IT related. Implement the result of R&D.
Team Management
I used to established the working environment in which one can accomplish some portion of his part of task even at home and can get leverage of work at office.

Some members of my team gets benefit out of it. Some can not get benefit out of it because of their personal constraints.
Handling Grievances
Since listening is an art of a successful manager, I used to listen the grievance patiently, do some kind of redressal function outright in his presence, and give assurance rest of the grievance on the action of some other persons.

After this outright action I used to give some real life examples on that grievance.
Leadership qualities
Since followers expect more experienced, competent, personality, persuading and coordinating capabilities and outright solution to a given problem, I try my best to develop these skills persistently which will help me to achieve the overall organisational goal.
