 Environmental clearance for all real estate projects across the country as mandated by law.
 Monitoring and guidance of all legal issues, typical to the corporate and real estate domain which emerged in designing and execution of sale and lease agreements.
 Project identification, land acquisitions, tenders of various authorities, Sanctions/approval for projects, sales and marketing of the projects.
 Monitoring the progress of construction at different sites to ensure timely completion of the project.
