Production

guidelines.

preventive, running maintenance with CBM & TBM including trouble
shooting of equipments.

improvement of the equipments as well as
processes.
• Developing indigenous spares as replacement of
imported parts.
• Controlling inventory & maintenance budget

Projects
• Co-ordinating foundation, erection,
installation and commissioning of Ball Mill, Assembly line, Jar
Formation and related building expansion including Mechanical &
Electrical service lines.
• Relocating & shifting of many
equipment including service lines to generate more space in
shop-floor.
• Monitoring the modifications and expansions of
various existing machines to improve utilisation &
efficiency.
• Expediting projects within the budgetary
approved Capexes & monitoring up to capitalisation stage of
equipments.
Value Engineering
• Focussing on optimisation
of process parameters & initiating process improvements for
achieving bottom line objectives & productivity
targets.
• Reviewing existing processes & re-designing the
same for enhancing operational efficacy and achieving maximum
cost savings.
Total Productive Management (TPM)
• As
Development Management Pillar Chairman, co-ordinating the related
activities within the total factory.

Pasting & Oxide Mill area, leading & implementing TPM within shop
