Production Production • Co-ordinating production activities
from plate generation to assembly area including charging of
batteries with proper planning and optimum utilisation of man,
machines, materials & methods. • Meeting targets on delivery,
plate cost, rejection, scrap, yield, inventory, output per man
per shift etc. • Co-ordinating inter-departmental activities
for effective resource utilisation. • Other than break down,
to minimise other losses in TPM methodology. Mechanical
Maintenance • Meeting the target of down time of
equipments. • Finding out root cause of break down & taking
countermeasures & implementing Kaizen or OPL in TPM
guidelines. • Monitoring the functions of predictive,
preventive, running maintenance with CBM & TBM including trouble
shooting of equipments. • Responsible for continuous
improvement of the equipments as well as
processes. • Developing indigenous spares as replacement of
imported parts. • Controlling inventory & maintenance budget
as well. Projects • Co-ordinating foundation, erection,
installation and commissioning of Ball Mill, Assembly line, Jar
Formation and related building expansion including Mechanical &

various existing machines to improve utilisation &

targets. • Reviewing existing processes & re-designing the
