Could you tell us briefly about your family background?

Yes,I am from a financially weak family. My father is an electrician and whose monthly income is not more than Rs.3000/-p.m My mother is a housewife. I have one younger brother who is staying with me at Kolkata and pursuing MBA.

Plans for the Future

My aim is to become a very good Company Secretary with a handful of experience in Company Secretarial Matters, Listing Agreement Compliance's, Fiance and Management of a Company.

Parting thoughts

A Fine Balance:

I think this is never a problem to me. As I am staying away from my family from 2004 and from 2006 onward i have worked with many organisations and firms but I have never faced any problem. So I don't think, I shall ever face this problem of work life Balance.I have learnt it already well before.

Most Important Lessons

I have learnt many things during last seven years. Never depend upon others. Always believe in yourself. To get success you have to work very hard. Nothing is impossible anyone can do anything if he has the will power to do. Be brave to face the conclusion of what you have done.

Up to graduation I was an average student. I had never thought to become a Company Secretary. To join the CS course is a great inflection in my career. After joining the CS course I took an vital decision to shift to Kolkata without any back support.But anyhow I managed myself studying with worki

Actually I am a CS and I would recommend the youth to join the Company Secretaryship Course.In my view its a jubilant course and you will get more honor in comparison to other professionals.

Current and Previous Responsibilities

Here I am the Executive Director and Company Secretary of the Company. My job in this Company more Compliance related. As I am the Compliance officer of the Company,i am looking after all the Compliances under listing Agreements . RBI Compliances, Company Laws and Tax Laws.

To join the CS course and learning with earning. After joining the CS Course I started working under CA Firms and that was a great decision for me.

Handle all the Company Law related matters with the Registrar of Companies and Compliance of listing Agreements and tax Matters.
