issues with the aim of facilitating the civil society and making
it empowered. At present the organization is working as the
Chief Facilitating Agency for monitoring the Japan Fund for
Poverty Reduction.As the CEO I oversee the activities of
administration, finance, HR, and implementation of programs.

organization fully funded by National Literacy Mission,
Government of India established to provide technical & academic
resource support to the literacy program. As Director my job
included Policy planning, project formulation & implementation of
literacy and adult education programs. Administration, Finance
HR, Funding, Implementation of Programs, Monitoring &
Evaluation, Networking with GOs/NGOs & International agencie

orienting extension functionaries on various measures taken by
public and private sectors in agriculture for promotion of EDP.
The program is known as ‘Network of Agri-clinic and
Agri-business Centres by Agriculture Graduates Scheme’. As the
Director I have the overall responsibility for training
programs, admissions, student services, networking with
ministry,administration.
