analysis, sampling, fabric/trim development/Sourcing, costing,
production, dispatch and liaison to ensure on time achievement of
organisational targets. ·Communicate specifications to
Designers, follow up with Testing Labs, Field coordinators for
Fabric Costing, Quality Control Woven, Knit Fabrics and ensure
manufacture as per predefined norms. ·Co-ordinate with
various departments-Product Development,Sampling,Production,
Quality control, and Logistics department to ensure smooth
functioning of all production activities. ·Participate in
developing proper production planning to meet completion and
delivery dates. Keep in check the actual production to ensure
that everything is executed as per schedule. ·Monitor quality
control of finished products before dispatch to ensure minimum to
nil faults. ·Monitor the utilization of fabrics and
accessories. ·Function as an interface between the Buyer and
Vendors/ Factories to ensure that the production schedule is met
and facilitate on time seamless delivery of
shipments. ·Negotiate with suppliers for competitive price,
payment terms and prompt delivery. ·Maintain n Follow TNA to
meet the timelines from proto sample to Shipment.
