Making job easier

People and inputs from crucial people. I not only look at my seniors for inputs, but also my juniors and peers for inputs. It helps me look at the broader picture and also take informed decisions.

My advice

Belief in self,back yourself to do anything. Because you are limited only by you. Set up a benchmark and work towards it.

Being different

I dOnt think I stand out from others in anyway. I have the same set of skills that anyone of my age group will have in this industry. I strive hard to learn new things each day. Maybe that is something different in me :-)

My role model

I have a set of people who are role models for me. If I have to point out one person, I would say my dad :-)

To get promoted to team lead in a very short span of time

I like to bring out the best in whatever I do. I have been part of Omnesys Technologies since I graduated back in 2008. And I have worked in different technologies as and when the need has arose. Altogether happy go lucky attitude. But damn seerious when it comes to work.
