Important decision
A thought of entrepreneurship always existed in my young mind, though the opportunity of doing something on my own came my way after almost 10 years of employment with a couple of companies in India and Abroad. I must agree that the most important decision in my life was to start a Human Resource Consulting firm which caters to all levels of professionals. India being an emerging market, the decision was well acknowledged at personal & professional front.
Important lesson learned
Life is always been a learning process. Academically, Personally and Professionally there has been challenges in life and you tend to learn a few lessons while overcoming these obstacles and achieving the set goals. Determination, Perseverance, Planning, Sincerity are a few tools that helps a person find success in their relevant field.

"Allow yourself to be accepted by people who really matter to you the most, and don't misuse time on people that don't even matter."
Influenced by
Nothing comes to mind other than family who has always pledged their trust and faith in whatever I had tried to experiment. Their inspiration and motivation has always been an emotional support for me to progress and proceed further.
Qualities needed to become a successful leader
Honestly speaking a successful leader is the one that is accepted by the society or the institution for which he is working for. A good leader must have the qualities from which his followers could imbibe a few characteristics which will lead to the betterment of the society. Sincerity is the most essential trait, together with hard work, smart planning and aspiration to lead from the front.
Initiative to develop a country
India is a developing country with a lot of varied reserves in terms of land, raw material, education and manpower resources. Proper utilization of these resources with good planning will help India become a developed nation at the earliest.
Thoughts on Education system of our country
India has a adaptable education system which is very resourceful at the primary, secondary and higher learning levels. Considering the dimension of India's geography, its population strength and the available governance, it will be a humble suggestion that the government and the NGO's work together towards this humble cause ensuring every Indian becomes a literate person.
My achievements
Its been a journey with lots of hits and misses. But being there in the industry is a achievement in itself. The industry has been good and sluggish over a period of time, but being accepted by the industry in general for the services rendered is an remarkable achievement.

More importantly, career counselling for aspiring and craving professional looking for a better opportunity gives an element of satisfaction.
Ensuring success
Exploring opportunities, developing strategies, planning etc are the few ingredients that one should always lookup to for continuous growth. Keeping a track of the market trends, both national and global markets, offers an idea of the different opportunities and growth prospects available at its disposal.
My role model

Couple of years from now
A couple of years may be short period of time for the intended business model in mind, but nevertheless, to be considered as one of the leading Manpower Consultancy firm in India.
