My Father is a business man doing small construction works. Mother is a home maker. I am the only child for my parents.

Role Model

Sachin Tendulkar - Because he came from lower middle class family, scarifies lot for his career. Climbing to the top every day. Turned all the stones thrown at him to milestones. Hardly have luck but managed to reach the top because of his hard work. Now he is the top icon in the world

Plans for the Future

Test Manager in a very good organization. Utilize all my experience as much as possible for the company which recognize me more.

A Fine Balance:

Time management. Proper planing will make the work to complete on time. Then relax with family. Try to live near to the company so the travel time can be reduced and it will be used for any other personal improvement

Essential Advice

1. Must have the interest to work
2. Sort out at least the problem as early, try to speak with others to find the solution soon.
3. Always have the interest to learn.
4. Must have the ability to dream about his/her own long term career.

Changes in the industry

At that time there were no specific procedures to test. Mostly have to do Ad- hoc testing. No proper documents.
Now it has been changed. All the documents are perfectly placed and updated. Continuous reviews on work process and the documents. Training provided for everyone to sharpen their knowledge

Degrees that Matter

Really my engineering degree helps in all situations to understand some basics in IT industry. Really some certifications helps but proper implementation always required.

I haven't gone through any specific books or sites. I learned the concepts through certification and continuously asking my doubts to the experienced people.
