Could you tell us briefly about your family background?
I was born and raised in india in a middle class family. My mother is a great home maker and my elder brothers are in retail buisness at our native place "Jabalpur" MP india.
A Fine Balance:
One has to be flexible and understanding nature. One needs to be very clear about the priorities. I believe i am fortunate enough to have a great life Partner who is understanding and help me accomplish my duties at both ends, personally i prefer to spend time withfamily when i am not at work.
Points of inflection
I completed B.Sc and then completed my MBA (Marketing), started my Career in Sales with Coca-Cola and later joined Shell. In 2006 i moved to Accenture and started my SAP career, after completing 6 successful years with Accenture and worked in 5 continents.i moved to Price Waterhouse Cooper US.
Plans for the Future
Short term - i will grow in the consulting firm.
Long term - Start my own Business, i been involved in many entrepreneurialactivities since my child hood, my first earning was at age of 8 years, small amounts but did earn with hard work.
Parting thoughts
Before Starting Career in SAP, one should have basic understanding of the Industry, processes and business requirements.
SAP has many modules and each module has a lot of dependency hance highly advisable to candidates who aspire to work with SAP, understand big picture and end to end.
The Journey So Far
Its been great, as mentioned above i worked in Sales Industry for almost 5 yeasr with two big brans Coca-Cola and Shell in Mumbai India, later i started in SAP with Accenture and currently i am working with PwC US.

Know your Strengths and weakness, and leverage.
Involvement and work as team.
Dedication and descipline.
Be organised and learn to listen more than talking.
Be passionate for achievement and avaoid overengineering.
Keen and appetite for learning.

Having industry knowledge helped me to understand SAP business processes quickly.
Good Understanding of SAP Business Practice helped me to move faster and learn more in SAP end to end implementations. Decision to move to SAP was strategic decision.
Current and Previous Responsibilities
In my last client i was more invlolved in Business implementation side where i was coordinating with Business unit leads for requirements and users for training etc. in the current role i am doing more technical design work and coordination with development teams.
