Handling HR Interviews for the candidates.
Handling a team of
3 recruiters. Handled the entire IT Recruitment requirement
for various technical skills. Communicate with various Vendors
about the rates that our Client is looking out for !. Hands
on experience in scheduling, coordinating and handling interviews
/ events job profile, and involved and expert in scrutinizing the
profiles of the candidates specifically of the IT
field. Scheduling, coordinating and handling interviews /
events including sending call letters to the candidates as per
the interview calendar. Inform panelists and
candidates,. Co-ordinate with the recruitment manager to plan
and fix required panels across locations. Send reminder mails
and do re-allocation/re-scheduling as and when
required. Communicate the outcome of the selection process to
the candidates. Follow-up on offers made to ensure acceptance
and joining. Communicate with candidates on their queries,
whenever required. Source and screen resumes, conduct phone
interviews. Dice and Monster is the tool for sourcing the
relevant profile according the Job Descriptions. Delphi,
Business Analyst, VB ASP Dotnet, Perl, PowerBuilder, Centura,
Informatica, AS 400, Java J2ee, C++ Unix, SQL Server, DB
