I selected my career as QA in IT industry, even though I was having background of Mechanical Engineering.
Career Profile:
Managing team of 5 QA members for US based client. Handling multiple projects and responsible for complete QA activities. QA Planning, monitoring and control QA practices. Mentoring the team members and Provide growth opportunities to the team.

Previously, I was working at client site and was working independently. I was responsible for managing and executing all QA activities for product of our client.

The Journey So Far:
I am having ​8 years plus experience in Software Testing and QA. I have exposure of end to end testing for the project working as a dedicated resource. I have also worked in a team sizing from 4 to 12 members. Have experience in leading onshore and offshore QA team. Experience in various business domains such as Banking, Telecom Billing, E-Commerce, Travel (Airline), Financial security.

I have Experience in working at multiple overseas client sites:
o Onsite 'QA Lead' worked on UK's Leading Bank project at LBi London - UK .
o Onsite ‘Test Lead’ at Etihad Airways in Abu Dhabi - UAE
o Onsite ‘Sr. QA Engineer ‘at Parsonline in Tehran - Iran.
Changes In The Professional Environment:
QA was initially considered as overhead and was not given more importance. Today, QA department has it's own value and software releases are not even possible without QA.

My father is businessman. I am the 1st person in my family who is working in IT industry.
