UK. Provide second level support for the stores IT system. Was in
UK for 3 months on a project for knowledge acquisition of store
support operations of Tesco. 2. 24/7 support for Retail IT
systems, monitoring essential Retail IT hardware – RS6000, MFS,
Network Switches, Store WAN links, Access Points and Simple
Checkout Management (SCM) PCs, Customer Service Desk (CSD),
Mobile Stock Control (MSC), Realtime Sales, Biztalk
servers 3. 2nd level support and an escalation point for Stores
