and global CTO at Germany. Planning and implement IT strategy
alien with organization business goal. Activities include SAP ERP
and its Basis functions, Network administration (WAN and LAN),
Security system, IT service outsourcing with vendor managements,
Project planning and implementation, IT budgeting technical
inputs and procurement process, messaging and communication
systems, various IT audit compliance, risk management compliance.
Experience: SCHENCK PROCESS INDIA: FORMALLY JENSON &
NICHOLSON, Industrial electronic division collaboration with
Schenck process Germany, 1995 it become JV Schenck Jenson
Nicholson and year 2006 Schenck Process group acquire and it
become fully owned Schenck Process India. Product line is
manufacturing of process control equipment for core industries.
It has three manufacturing location at Ranchi, Gurgaon and
Bangalore, It also have marketing office at Kolkata, Delhi,
Mumbai and Chennai. 1986 May appointed as MIS Executive to
look after EDP setup directly reporting to MIS Head Kolkata and
local operation head. At present Chief information officer
reporting to CMD and Global CTO. Within this time I have
developed fully home grown PC base end to end ERP package
starting from order receiving to dispatch. It contains 42
integrated modules. It contain more than few lac of line of code.
I started it in Dbase III then transform it in to various phase
then finally FoxPro. Few modules are till operational. It is
still under operational. 1988 implemented home grown e-mail
system subsequently change to POP3 mailing system year 2000 and
now Microsoft exchange 2007. Year 2006 we realize IT
platform and working tool need a change to support faster growing
business. Turnover is increasing more than 80%. Change of
business process and users expectation drive me overall change of
IT infrastructure and selected globally best practice SAP ERP
ECC06 and Microsoft Exchange 2007. Recent achievements:
(2006-2008) 1. Successfully implemented SAP ERP gone live last
quarter of year 2008. 2. Implemented and deployed Microsoft
Exchange server 2007. 3. Ensure availability of IT resource any
where any time (Virtual Office). 4. Hoisting organization’s
Country India Website. 5. Assist engineering department to
deploy 3D solid work removing AutoCAD 2D. 6. Creation of global
networking with secured VPN tunnel. 7. Deployment of wireless
network for all remote offices and laptop users. 8. Remotely
control and user’s support help desk
management. PLATFORM: Present: 1. Operating
System: Legacy systems working on Novell, rest of the systems on
Microsoft windows 2003 server (enterprise). Workstations are
WinXP, 2. Database: MSSQL 3. Office Tools: Microsoft Office
2007. 4. Communication: Wireless and wired lease line at Ranchi
Gurgaon and Bangalore, branch office use public broadband
services. 5. Messaging system: Microsoft Exchange 2007.
6. ERP Application: SAP ERP ECC 06. 7. Wide Area Network: All
locations Ranchi plant, Gurgaon works, Bangalore facility and
Schenck Germany connected through VPN. Rest of the branch office
connected through VPN client over public broadband network.

switches, UTM firewall, networked backup systems and LTO, housed
at Ranchi data center. More than 80 laptops and 90 desktop
