The Journey So Far:

After Passing out of BIT in E&TC during 1995, India was at the transition to Digital Telecom Technology like Paging, Digital Microwave,Optical PDH and SDH system ss7 and R2MFC signaling the basis of GSM. I was fortunate to work with the those new technology products. I have worked with Siemens, Nortel, Marconi, Alcatel Lucent, Uninor ,British Telecom in design, deployment and architecture of technology and business solutions. I have worked in Startup and greenfield environment through those organisation in various leadership and decisive roles where I was a part of new business and new technology concept to cash to consumption journey. I have embarked into a start- up where we have designed and engineering a new cloud and adaptive computation based Teledoctor Grid switching multilingual exchange platform enabling Tele-medicine accessible from anywhere, anytime by anyone.

Changes In The Professional Environment:

It has not changed, Professional Environment is always contextual and derivative of various socio, political and economical discoveries and dynamics. We the professional need to evolve and adapt.

Make it simple- There is no two life, you have only one life, so you don't need to balance.

Early days of my career, I took the challenge to work with the Technology companies - the Original Equipment Manufacturer and Original Design Manufacture, worked at the detail and DNA of the products and components.

Career Profile:

As a founder, you do not work with any definite roles, yet I have definition
" Create the work, scope it up,Do it Yourself (DIY) or Get it Done (GID) if outcome is as planned, all the team is to be credited, if it fails ,then I am to be blamed."
Well in my previous role, I worked within a constraint and beyond a point, I always have had colleague or other department to support, the environment and platform were created or being created by many. There was always a history or case study. In the current role, your product is unique, category is unique and has no erstwhile reference and you work on Probability of Potential value over Risk capital.
