Unique way of teaching
Teachers should use analogies with daily life examples and relations to explain the topics. To make the subjects interesting, teachers should make use of Quizzes or presentations. They should make the topics more interactive so that students can discuss and learn.
Strongest Subject
Digital Design with VHDL.

Everything is going digital these days. I am interested because its based on logic. I got a deeper understanding of the actual behaviour and functionality of the electronic circuits and devices that we use in day to day life.
Important Lesson
I have learnt that one should always trust one's instincts and know one's strengths so that one can achieve his aspirations. One more thing I have learnt that we should look at every problem in an analytic way. This makes a big problem look like 2 or 3 little problems.
Outlook about increase students’ participation
Students should be motivated by their mentors to participate in the various events, conferences or competitions/design contests. They should be educated about the issues and challenges that concern the nation. I always guide my students to choose their projects or theses that can improve life in rural area or help humanity.
My priorities
If I have multiple tasks at hand, and I know how much time each task can take. Then I give the top priority to the task which requires minimal time to complete. This way, I can give more time to the bigger task.
Most Rewarding Moment
After 2-3 years in teaching, I took the initiatives to bring out the best from students in lab works and projects. My student got selected in I.E.S and he called me after selection to express his gratitude. I felt honoured and rewarded.
Outlook about way to raise quality education
In present scenario, the curriculum is modified after 5 or so years. This has to be done more frequently so that new technologies will be adapted. This will enable students to learn the latest trends in their fields, and they will be able to relate their learnings with their world, thus increasing the quality of education. Also, more research institutes should open with emphasis on research work only.
Future of Indian Education System
I see a lot of research work to happen. In India as we see, there has been an increased interest in doing good research. So definitely, more research scholars are expected and more good inventions and discoveries.

Secondly, the gap between industries and educational institutions will be going to decrease as institutes are organizing industry workshops for a better interaction between college students and professionals. Students will be benefitted from these programmes as they'll get to know the outcome of their learning and what is expected from them.
Most Challenges facing by students
Lack of practical knowledge with mathematical analysis.

Way to motivate Students
I mentor my students by discussing their aspirations and I try to provide them the adequate information from all aspects. I use to highlight the topics or subjects which will be more helpful to them in a longer run and why.
My Advice
I would like to suggest that they should focus more on practical knowledge or numerical problems. They should come fully prepared for their lectures. Share references with students.
