Coordinate with zonal managers.
Providing members and
directors with notice of meetings.
Takes minutes of staff
meetings, keeps tracks of action points.
Providing all types of
support and guidance to the new employees and existing employees,
helping them in discharging their duties.
Takes care of the
efficient and smooth day to day running of the office systems,
premises and equipment in an independent way.
Handles
correspondence to outside e.g. With business partners, members,
other organizations and answers general requests via letter, fax
or email.
Assists in communication and administration regarding
HR matters e.g. Preparing list of applicants in a recruitment
process, keeping the calendar of the staff absences.
Assists the
accountant in regard of money transfers and other financial
matters.
Implements proper work flows and timeliness.
Assists
staff and structures in organizing travel
arrangements.
Coordinates work performed in support of one or
more office and department.
Coordinates the administrative
functions for the department such as billing, accounting, and
other related activities, as needed.
