analyze the parameters which are necessary for the improvement of
network. Cell planning, Traffic and Coverage prediction
(Unitech Network) – Cells Site planning, Site selection (RF &
Mw surveys) for new towns and in existing towns using Traffic &
coverage requirement using Planning tools for
GSM. Responsible for various optimization activities of GSM
network. Parametric optimization for GSM for KPI improvement
viz. Idle parameters, radio channel control parameters, Call
control parameters Handover parameters. Verification of
Drive Test done by Subcon team by analyzing KPI & coverage
requirement. Leading a Team for various Optimization
activities for new as well as existing network. Post
Processing, Report Generation & Analyzing of Drive Test data with
Tems , MCOM4.2, TEMS 8.2, MapInfo 9.0, Google Earth
