Role & responsibilities –
Acting in lead role with full
capacity & efficiency in front ending with the Customer teams for
discussing roll-out plans, logistics & other project
activities. Handling a team of Project Coordinator,
Logistics Coordinator, and Integration Engineers for
ensuring smooth circle operations. Efficient
Coordination & Mobilization of subcontractors for BTS roll out.
End to end responsibility of I&C, Integration and
Acceptance. Controlling the total analysis and
project review of BTS deployment projections, periodic
reports, with minutes of vendor meetings on future projections.
The review includes: Cell site
Allocations to each vendor as per their team strength. Project
Planning & Delivery Receivable Tracking/Follow-up and
closures. Smoothening current Procedures and
Processes. Coordination with MSC Engineers for BTS Site
Integration. Resolution of operational
issues. Report generation as per agreed formats for daily,
monthly on requested basis also. Record keeping of all
faulty packs / RMAs. Quality Assurance of new BTS Sites by
doing the assertive. Progress reviews on daily
basis. Escalations as & when needed. Reporting to
Regional PM as well as National Project Manager.
