• Formation &
implementation of entire HR Policies with the help of the
National Head HR. • Taking care of Employee Relations. To take
new initiatives (Birthday Bash, recognition awards, etc.) and to
organize various employee welfare activities (Festive Week,
Tournaments) through out the organization. • Single point of
contact for all the Employee queries related to Leaves,
Reimbursements, grievance handling, employee welfare, Full and
Final Settlement, Handling Exit Interview, joining formalities,
Induction of new joinees. • Designing policies and various
forms like Interview assessment form, Full and Final form, Job
description, Feedback and Training Calendar for the
year. • Updating of existing database MIS and Careful
attention to record keeping. Recruitment • Overall
co-ordination of manpower planning, recruitment and induction
operations. • Responsible for full lifecycle of recruitment,
which includes multi-channel sourcing, screening, qualifying,
closing - high level skills in time, negotiating on salary part
with complete reference check tool, reviewing company policies
and procedures with applicants and extend
offers. • Concentrated efforts on effective networking methods
to reach the greatest number of potential candidates through
industry leads & sources, employee referral program, head
hunting, client/colleague, through a number of proven techniques
like direct, career fairs, direct mailing, advertisements in
newspapers, portals, IJPs, Management, Reference checks. Salary
Administration • Maintaining attendance. • Preparation of
salary. • Handling PF deductions and related issues. Training
And Development • Identify training needs, conducting programs
& measuring its effectiveness. • Customizing training programs
based on the training needs analysis to enhance the manpower
skills & efficiency.
