• Creating

5s tools, in the shop floor through pictorial display.
Salary
& Wage:
• Coordinating with the time office in liasoning of
IR activities (like PF forms, ESI forms etc).
• Monitoring of
Manpower cost to Sales on monthly basis.
Performance
Management Systems:
• Designing proper Appraisal tools (like
ROPAS, Gradation Scale System) to evaluate the performance of the
employees
• Monitoring of the Appraisal system on quarterly
basis in order to identify the key performer of the organization
at different interval of time.
Organizational Development:
[Below tasks are performed in coordination with Plant Head]
• Restructuring of Departments and Business functions through
Organizational interventions process like RAT, Brain storming,
Counseling.
• Conducting Employee Feedback survey on
quarterly basis to identify the demand and satisfaction gap among
the employees and taking appropriate strategic plan to solve the
issues. Formulating policies as per the organizational needs.
• Active involvement in formulating safety committee across
the shop floor
• Defining KRAs of the employees and monitoring
on monthly basis.
