customers. EMAS CCS&M is comprised of 7x24 Operations, as well as
Application Production Support teams. Our primary
responsibilities include exception-based application monitoring,
problem and outage restoral, Service Assurance management,
Project Support, batch configuration, processing and monitoring,
application release configuration, in support of development,
test and production environments. The enterprise-wide customer
care applications we support (such as Dashboard, TCS, CPSOS,
IOMW, EASE, WOW, Exchange Plus, AMOS and Galaxy) run on UNIX,
Windows and Tandem platforms.
