•Advisory and Analytics in Troubleshooting GPRS internet
connection.
•Monitoring of calls of team members and training
them for the next higher level.
•Advising the clients on basic
usage support and ensuring customer satisfaction
•Preparing a
Dashboard for the team members and also keeping a regular check
on the pending calls report and Attendance report for the team as
well as the shift roaster.
•Performing regular Quality heat
check on the Knowledge base and adding latest updates to the same
through Document Control System
•Handling high level
escalations and Complaints and developing analysis and report for
the same.
•Monitoring the Call Flow Queue for Analysts and
stabilising the Grade of Service.
•Daily and weekly process
reports to Team Manager
•Promote Winning Culture in the team
