quality control in a shift at Various Stages of Plastic
Manufacturing Process. • Looking after Incoming Inspection &
Final Inspection, where I perform testing like Hardness testing,
Chemical Composition test etc. By means of in house facilities
and feedback to supplier by means of discrepant material reports,
and continuously monitor supplier performance & new supplier
development activities. • Responsible for preparation of
submission of PPAP’s (Production parts approval process) FMEA
(Failure mode effective analysis) X R Charts, Scrap Trend, POKA
YOKE (mistake Proofing) Realisation report, 5 W2H (Minits of
meeting). • Conducting Machine capability study for
significant product characteristics for all posses once in a year
of after any major breakdown of process. • Conducting
process capability study (Cp,CpK) at the time of PPAP submission
& after FPS (First Production Shipment) to establish statistical
control limits for all parts for significant product
characteristics (In LINE WITH TS-16949
REQUIREMENT). • Conducting Process and Product Audit 5S, 3C,
7QC Tools, Kaizen activities & 8D Report submit to
