Based on the study conducted by me, the following work is carried
out by me and my team in the PWC-InfoTech, Bangalore operation is
Placing purchase order, ensuring timely delivery and optimal
utilization of allocated budgetary resources, resolving of
disputes and Complaint Resolution. Coordinating with Vendors for
delivery of materials and analysing the vendor performance.
Preparation of TPM Report, Cost Savings Report, Price fluxuation
Report and Major Cost driver report for scheduled engine
maintenance. Presenting the monthly team performance report to
PWC - Infotech Leadership team.
