resources, these include 3 Process Leaders, 11 Team Leaders, 9
QA’s, 3 SME’s and 2 Trainers.

delivery, transition and project management of a large mortgage
banking US client.

initiatives.
• Identify and resolve people and process
productivity issues.

with the team.
• Assisted in setting up offshore delivery
center, liasioning with technology teams at offshore and on-site,
recruitment, infrastructure deployment and
training.
• Monitoring and controlling the functioning of
operations process which include multiple teams and processes in
compliance with the Service Level Agreement.
• Responsible for
ensuring employee morale and driving corporate values & culture
to the shop floor, for implementing policies, procedures and
controls and for handling client communication as defined in the
communication matrix.
