BRAC is the world largest NGO working for the empowerment of the
poor groups in the country. Presently it has 58 thousands regular
staff working at home country and out of country. BRAC Human
Resources Division plays the vital role in the organization. This
division has diversified units. As one of the member of a large
HR team I am gathering a vast knowledge on day to day HR
activities. I have an exposure of the grass root level work of
this organization. As an HR Officer of a largest employee
oriented organization I think I am able to cope up with any
organizational structure.
Duties &
Responsibilities
• Take part in recruitment
process
• Ensure Post joining formalities. Brief on the
organization, HR presentation on general policies and rules
through multimedia presenattion.
• Design and facilitate
induction program
• Collect employee updated information and
coordinate with the HRIS to update the employee information
system.
• Prepare circular, memo and circulate and send
accordingly
• Assist in Review and update HR policy and
benefit package.
Some Special activities
• Have
experience of conducting the whole process of employee’s higher
study/training/workshop/seminar etc according to the BRAC HR
policy and Procedure at home and abroad.
• Assist in
preparing the job description and person specification.
• Have to arrange and conduct different training programmes,
exposure visits to another organizations etc.
• Conducting
Employee Exit Interview Session.
• Misc.
