Reports To: Sr. BDM / BDM (DRS)
1. Marketing of
Data Recovery Services(DRS)
1.1. Implementation of the business
Plan projected for the region & suggesting inputs on the business
plan aspects pertaining to specific region towards achieving
organizational objectives.
1.2. Analyzing enquiry sources and
suggesting recommendations on the preferred Advt. medium /
exhibition in the region.
1.3. Effectively and efficiently
evolve new relationships, working closely with DRS coordinator &
DRS Technical Associates as Team to attain company objectives in
the region.
1.4. To identify and maintain a calendar for all
promotional activities occurring in his location.
2. Business
Development of DRS
2.1. Responsible for achieving the agreed
target business (As per KRA’s) in the region.
2.2. Effective
route plan to maximize customer visits spending minimum time on
traveling.
2.3. Plan and Implement Sales funnel development
activities.
2.4. Responsible for all collections pertaining to
owned cases in the location within 30 days for all invoices
except for RC Cases.
2.5. Customer Funnel Development, Prospect
identification, Client evaluation, solution offering & sale
closure would constitute his key activities in the
location.
2.6. Weekly forwarding of customers with Account
Management status to DRS Coordinator for necessary
Follow-ups.
3. Administrative & Commercial (For Branch offices
Only)
3.1. He will create and maintain an environment which will
motivate everybody to work as a team towards attaining the
organizational goal. All individuals are responsible for
maintaining decorum and timely opening & closure of
branch.
3.2. Ensuring process implementation for all
individuals, as per ISO manual.
4. Reporting
4.1. Responsible
for sending various reports pertaining to above mentioned
functional areas. He is expected to send these reports timely
along with his suggestions and analysis as per best of his
understanding on the subject.
4.2. He needs to make note of his
improvement areas as told to him through various means and is
expected to imbibe the control measures to the best of his
abilities.
