Browser compatibility

Good morning Sir,

I am wondering how can we deal with browser compatibility issue?
I divided the page in three part: left,right and center specifying the width in percentage. When I opened in IE, its opening the way i was expecting, but when i opened it in Mozilla or chrome, it is not showing as per my expectation.

Which browser should i use for my assignment purpose?

Navneet . hi am having same problem i have solved that by giving propoer width size. eg i have given total 750px and divided by 3 parts equally to 250 px each .. and i have open html file on firefoz, explorer 8 and 9 and also on chrome it works fine . i have solved browser compatibility by this method .. and also given margin auto , so it will align cnter of your browser.. may be u try like this
