Tessolve has secured $150 million in growth capital from TPG to strengthen its global delivery centers, expand advanced test labs, and fund strategic acquisitions. This marks the largest funding round for an Indian semiconductor engineering services company, following the $63 million previously raised across seven rounds, including a $40 million Series-F led by Novo Tellus in 2021.

The funding will help Tessolve scale globally, expand its capabilities, and reinforce its position in the semiconductor value chain. With semiconductors becoming increasingly strategic for industries such as AI, automotive, and data centers, Tessolve aims to play a pivotal role in India’s semiconductor ambitions and global supply chains.
