Netradyne, a leading SaaS provider specializing in artificial intelligence (AI) and edge computing, has raised $90 million in a Series D funding round. The company announced that the funding will boost Netradyne’s growth through investments in research and development, expanded go-to-market strategies, and global outreach.
With this latest funding, Netradyne’s capital exceeds $350 million. Previous rounds included $65 million from Silicon Valley Bank in September 2022 and $195 million from SoftBank Vision Fund in July 2021. Reliance Industries, led by Mukesh Ambani, was one of the company’s early investors. The fresh capital injection is expected further to strengthen its position in AI-driven fleet safety solutions.
Sri Chandrasekar, Managing Partner at Point72 Private Investments says in a statement, “Since our initial investment in 2018, we’ve witnessed Netradyne’s impressive growth and believe their technology is well-positioned not only to empower fleet managers but also to foster a culture of safe driving”.
