Ajit Varadaraj Pai
Ajit was nominated by Obama to serve as a commissioner to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) previous year, who formerly held the post of Deputy General Counsel in the Office of the General Counsel at the FCC.
Pai started his career as law clerk at the US District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana and later on he worked as an Honours Program trial attorney in the Telecommunications Task Force at the US Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division.
Pai completed his graduation in social studies from Harvard University and then received his J.D from the University Of Chicago Law School.
