Hari Nayak
Hari Nayak is a chef, restaurateur, author, and a renowned Indian food and culinary consultant. In "Modern Indian Cooking", one of Nayak’s best seller cookbooks, his signature style of cooking is quite evident.
Hari is the co founder of "Cooking for life” which was founded by Vikas Khanna and he has also organized numerous fund raising culinary events to provide an helping hand to the victims of like Tsunami, Gulf Coast and Katrina.
Hari uses a combination of classic Indian dishes with a touch of global flavor added to it and he prefers using simplistic techniques.
